Lead Follow-Up
By the time you get back to an enquiry, someone else has usually answered it. You almost never find out that is what happened.
Enquiries turn up mid-job, after hours, on a Friday afternoon. They sit there because you were doing the work you were hired for, and by the time you open them the customer has messaged three other firms and gone with whoever came back first.
Lead Follow-Up closes that gap. Every enquiry is logged the moment it lands and acknowledged straight away, then answered properly by someone who knows your business. Customers can tell the difference between that and an autoresponder, which is why we do not use one.
When a quote goes quiet we chase it, on day three and again on day seven, in your tone. Most businesses never chase at all, which is where a good deal of quoted work goes. If there is still no reply after the second chase, you are told, so the decision to let it go is yours.
Some people arrive here looking for a lead follow-up system rather than a service. This is both. The capture, the logging, the acknowledgement and the chase schedule run as a system, and the replies your customers actually read are written by a person. You get the consistency of software without becoming its operator.
This is probably you if…
- Enquiries arrive while you are on a job or out of hours
- You quote regularly but rarely chase
- You suspect you are losing work to whoever replies first
- One or two people handle everything, including sales
When it isn't the right fit
If the inbox itself is the problem, with hundreds of emails a day and admin backing up behind it, Lead Follow-Up alone will not fix that. Inbox & Ops is the right tier.

How it works
Day one
We learn how you work
A short call to understand your services, your pricing logic, the questions you always get asked, and how you want to sound. The sequences are written from that.
Day two
We connect to your enquiry sources
Website forms, email, phone messages, whichever portals you use. Nothing needs replacing; we work with what you already have.
By day three
You start getting responses out in minutes
Live within 48–72 hours. From then on, every enquiry gets acknowledged fast and chased properly, and you get a weekly summary of what came in and where it went.
Problems Lead Follow-Up solves
If any of these describe your week, this is the tier that deals with them.
Enquiries arriving after hours
A plumber gets a contact form submission after hours. By next morning, a competitor has already replied.

General enquiry email receives messages for three different services. They sit unassigned for days. Nobody knows whose job it is.

Will replies sound like a template?
No. We write in your tone using your language, and a person reviews responses before they go out. Prospects can spot a generic autoresponder immediately, and it costs you the lead.
How quickly are enquiries answered?
Enquiries are acknowledged immediately and given a proper personalised response the same day, usually within a couple of hours during working hours.
Do I have to change my CRM or website?
No. We connect to whatever you already use: website forms, a shared inbox, your existing CRM. Nothing needs replacing.
What happens if a lead still does not reply?
After the day-seven chase we stop and flag it to you rather than continuing indefinitely. You decide whether to make a final approach or let it go.
Is there a minimum contract?
No. It is a 30-day rolling retainer. Cancel any time.
Is this a lead follow-up system or a done-for-you service?
Both, honestly. The mechanical layer is a system: enquiry capture, logging, the instant acknowledgement and the day-3 and day-7 chase all run on schedule without anyone remembering. The layer your customers see, the replies, is written by people who know your business. You are buying the system and the operator together.
What does the lead follow-up system include?
Enquiry capture from your website forms and inbox, instant logging with a timestamp, an immediate acknowledgement, a personalised first reply the same day, chases on day three and day seven if a lead goes quiet, outcome tracking, and a weekly summary of what came in and where it went.
